Use of the site

This is an informational site about PITS, its products (such as Ascua) and its services. It does not sell or take payments online and has no forms.

You may not use it for illegal purposes, try to disrupt it, or copy its content as your own.

Not an offer

Descriptions are informational. Any service, price, timeline or condition is agreed in a written proposal or contract, which prevails over this site.

Intellectual property

The PITS brand and logo, the Ascua name, the texts and the design belong to their creators and may not be used without written permission.

The globe uses Natural Earth data (public domain); the Anybody and Hanken Grotesk fonts are under the SIL Open Font License; the WhatsApp icon only identifies the contact channel.

Third-party links

The site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and the Ascua demo, which have their own terms and policies.

Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but it may contain errors or interruptions. PITS is not liable for damages from using the site, except where Colombian law requires it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law, including Law 527 of 1999 and Law 1480 of 2011. Disputes will be handled by the competent authorities in Medellín. The Spanish version prevails.
