Before we write a single line of code, we find out what is costing a business time or money. If it is worth solving, we turn it into a product and stay to make sure it works.

PITS is four words. We use them to decide what to build.

  1. Purpose

    Every project starts with one question: what real problem does it solve? If there is no clear answer, we don’t build it.

  2. Innovation

    We use new technology when it does something the usual tools can’t, like putting a dish in 3D on the table before anyone orders it.

  3. Technology

    We build the whole product: design, development, infrastructure, and everything that comes after launch.

  4. Solutions

    We measure our work by what changes in the business, not by how many features it has.

How we turn a problem into a product.

  1. Listen

    We go where the problem is and talk to the people who live with it: owners, teams and customers.

  2. Validate

    We check that the problem is real, that it keeps happening, and that someone would pay to solve it.

  3. Build

    We design and code in short cycles, with real users testing from the very first version.

  4. Support

    After launch we measure, fix and improve. That is where most of the work begins.
