How we contract
The site does not sell or charge online. Every PITS service is contracted through a written proposal or contract that defines scope, price, payments and timelines, and prevails over this policy.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers contracting remotely may withdraw within 5 business days (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, article 47). It does not apply once the service has started with your agreement or to custom-built software, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Refunds
- Timely withdrawal: 100% refund.
- Cancelled before starting: refund minus costs already incurred and agreed in writing.
- Cancelled in progress: refund of the share of work not yet done, according to the proposal stages.
Refunds are paid through the original payment method within 30 calendar days of the request.
Warranty
If something we deliver does not work as agreed, we fix it at no cost during the warranty period set in the proposal.
